Cream of Rice Protein Porridge

Cream of Rice is a single ingredient food it has no added sugars or artificial ingredients, it's minimally processed and it’s easily digestible. It’s a complex carb and so it slowly releases energy and is a nice change-up from having rolled oats. Bring to boil 1 cup of milk. Add 2 tbsps of Organic Life, Cream of Rice and stir until the milk starts to thicken up. Take of the heat and pour into a bowl. Mix in 1 tbsp of chocolate iSO Whey Protein.
