Meal 1 Breakfast: French Toast, Fruit and Nova Chocolate Sauce ( Recipe on tomorrow) Meal 2 Snack : Protein Shake and Berries and Coconut Meal 3 Lunch: Laffah bread from the Turkish Supermarkets, I filled with roasted, Beetroot, Aubergines, pesto flavoured Chicken and Salad Meal 4 Snack: Fat Free Cottage Cheese and an apple.
