Badam Milk/ Kheer/ Almond Spiced warm Milk with Protein For 4 cups 1 litre fat free milk 1/3 cup vermicelli Few strands saffron 1/4 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup sliced pistas 1 tsp elachi 2 tbsp sago in 1 cup water 4 tbsp of ISO Vanilla Whey Protein ( 1 tbsp per cup can be added to hot drinks) 1.5 tbsp xylitol if you are not adding in the ISO Vanilla Whey Protein Pour milk into pot add all the ingredients, keeping on low heat bring to a boil. Keep stirring until vermicelli is softened. Serve hot or chilled. I like to mix in ISO Vanilla Whey Protein once I have poured the badam milk into the cups. The badam milk is now protein packed and repairs broken down muscle and tissue from being active during the day. Alternatively you can boil 4 tbsp of the badam milk mix from a spice shop with any milk of choice. This is my favorite post taraweeh meal.
